We know that time away from work is important. In addition to statutory vacation, we offer 4 contractual vacation days and 2.5 additional company-set days.

We also offer paid welfare leave and two weeks of paid partner leave after childbirth, giving employees more room during important life events.

If illness occurs, we offer 100% salary during sick leave, including salary above the standard NAV 6G limit. This gives employees extra financial security when they need it most.

Pension:

We offer a solid pension contribution to help you save for the future. Water Linked contributes 5% of salary up to 7G and 10% of salary between 7.1G and 12G.

Insurance coverage:

Our insurance package is designed to give you extra security both at work and outside work. This includes occupational injury insurance, leisure accident insurance, health insurance, disability pension and work travel insurance.

At Water Linked, learning is part of how we work. Through initiatives such as the Water Linked Academy, expert groups and knowledge sharing across teams, employees have opportunities to develop their skills, explore new topics and grow throughout their career.  

A good workday is also about the everyday things. We offer subsidised lunch, coffee and fruit at the office, free parking and a physical activity allowance of up to NOK 4,000 per year.
